3D Printing Services

* Bellistri – Costa Rica – designed and 3d printed a protective shroud for Ubiquiti UA-Lite used for garage door automation project (2022).

* Sola Salon – Grand Rapids, MI – 3d printed a 19″ server rack mount for Ubiquiti Gateway and Cloud Key (2024).

* Stryker Medical – Portage, MI – designed and 3d printed a prototype shroud for protecting a Cognex Vidi camera used on a production line (2024). 

Automation Work

* Post Cereal – Battle Creek, MI – installed and programmed IR camera and Allen-Bradley PLC for detecting embers in the plant’s rice toaster process (prevents fires in the food stream) (2024), programmed and installed process improvements for the plant’s liquid sugar tank (auto tank level control – bran process) (2024), upgraded to Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 525 drives for the bran cereal toaster (2024), upgraded to Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 525 on the plant’s bran cereal flake toaster (2023), programmed process control improvements on the bran cereal process flaking rolls (2023). 

* MolsonCoors – Trenton, OH – updated the automated warehouse system Wonderware HMI (2024). 

* Kureg Corporation – Allentown, PA – created new HMI applications (Allen-Bradley Panelviews) for two packing lines (2023). 

* Knape Industries – Rockford, MI – automated hot stamping machine used to produce parts for Tesla truck battery boxes (2024). 

* Stryker Medical – Portage, MI  – created custom routines for Allen-Bradley PLC to support Cognex VIDI inspection cameras on two lines. Developed the Cognex VIDI inspection applications (2024). 

IT Work

* Knape Industries – Rockford, MI – upgraded plant network to a Ubiquiti based gateway with an NVR and cameras as well as AP’s (2022). 

* Sola Salon – Grand Rapids, MI – upgraded door access control for the Salon with Ubiquiti door controllers and entry devices (2023). 

* Bellistri – Costa Rica – designed and implemented a full Ubiquiti based network with cameras and AP’s.  The network included 96 wired ethernet connections and full door control with Ubiquiti controllers and readers (2022). 

* The Alagille Syndrome Alliance – Portland, OR – provide ongoing IT support for the organization.  Duties include maintaing users on their g-suite system, supporting DNS changes for their website, maintaining organization laptops and cyber security practices. 

* Joysoquin – Kentwood, MI  – installed full network for the client at their Kentwood office (2024).  

* Bridgeway Community Church – Rockford, MI – upgraded the entire church network to a Ubiquiti gateway with AP’s. Ongoing support for the network as the network admin (2024).
